Closing Statement

This is “the end” that is not an end. We continue to travel and photograph. We hope for a deeper understanding of the improvisations of the craftsmen and a greater appreciation for their intrinsic beauty. We strive to respect and extend this beauty in the buildings we design. One way to have a deeper understanding is to know more about the patterns of settlement in the area.
